A gentle yet urgent reminder regarding your company’s statutory obligation to file Annual Returns (AR) / Financial Statements (FS). This is in line with the directive from the Office of the Registrar of Companies, and to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.

Per the directive, all registered companies in Ghana are required to file their AR/FS on or before 30 June 2025.

Kindly note that there will be no extension beyond this date.

The Annual Returns must be filed within 18 months after incorporation and subsequently once every year. Incorporated companies that fail to comply with this statutory requirement will be liable to a fine of GHS1,000 in addition to filing fees, daily penalties for late filing, possible deregistration from the Companies Register and possible legal action for non-compliance.
